A continuation of my previous post. After we returned from Pawley's Island we had many adventures still ahead. Two Weeks Ago The day we returned from Pawley's we had to start getting everything ready for the fence to be installed. This was followed by a series of frustrating events - moving irrigation lines, fixing irrigation lines that were broken when the fence was installed, meeting with electricians to install outlets in the basement, fishing speaker wires out from under the wall, and a variety of other house-related issues. But considering this all happened in the span of a week, I am confident that we are getting closer to having everything working and in its place. So yes, gentle reader, I owe you an apology. I know it's been over a month since I posted on my blog and we've had so much going on to update you about. I'm sure you've been awake at night wondering when I'm going to post something. Let's start at the very beginning (sung as I typed this in my best Julie Andrews voice): Five Weeks Ago We moved! In a weekend of chaos we managed to pack up our old house on Saturday and Sunday, sell the old house on Monday, buy the new house and move in on Tuesday, and then drive to Kiawah Island, SC on Wednesday.  Did I mention that we're never ever ever getting back together? Oops - I mean, we're never ever ever moving again. Well, at least not until I've lost my memory of all things related to this move. So we moved into our new house and then immediately went to the beach. We'd already planned this annual trip long before we sold the house, and it seemed like the perfect opportunity to relax for a few days
